District West Rocks Love living here! Perfect location..minutes to Main St without the hustle and bustle. Beautifully appointed living space,responsive management. Beautiful refresh of common areas! I have lived here since November,2019! Couldn't be happier!
I Found Home I moved from FL not knowing much about the area. I had a few on my list to visit and decided to lease the same day I visited here. The office made me feel at home right away and now I'm about to renew my lease. I can walk anywhere downtown to restaurants or shops. The amenities spaces are great and I've met a lot of new people here. If it's on your list to visit - do it now!
Love this place The amenities and quality of living here are awesome not to mention the location can not be beat! The management team is also super helpful with everything and any requests I’ve sent in since living here are answered promptly and any problems are taken care of ASAP. Love it love it love it ??
District West Rocks! We are relative newcomers to Greenville and District West since relocating from Los Angeles in September 2018. We are thrilled to be residents of District West for a variety of reasons starting with the efficiency and support that we receive from the management team at DW. Like living in a prison DO NOT live here. The management is rude. The amenities are always “closed”. You take your life I’m your own hands in the parking decks due to lack of visibility. You will only ever be able to have 2 guests and if they can find parking space here expect a citation. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Is living in your car your only other option? You would be happier, in fact I know several residents that would like to move in with you.
