Best Location in downtown! District West has been great! Having friends that live downtown, I think this location is far better. It's super convenient to walk right out our front door and the sidewalk leads you right into the park and Main St. Everyone one that I've met is friendly and welcoming. Very pet friendly!

Amazing! My time at District West has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff (both office and maintenance) are incredible and are always willing to help out wit any issues I have. The amenities and location are top notch. I will be more than happy to renew my lease come January!

This place is sound proof! I moved out of my last complex near the baseball field due to the loud noises I always heard and District West is so quiet and peaceful! I work from home so quiet space is so important to me. I never hear any of my neighbors, even on weekends. I can’t believe how close I am to the city and I rarely hear any sounds. It’s also nice to have so many amenity spaces for working from home. If you are someone that has had bad experiences with apartment noises, District West is sure to give you a completely different experience !!!

We Love It I've lived here for about a year and a half with my husband and we have enjoyed our time here. It's a convenient location and we love being able to walk across the street to all the restaurants, boutiques and fine art events on Main St. The amenities are amazing and recently renovated. I feel safe and know if I need any assistance as it pertains to maintenance, I can usually get things fixed within 24 hours. The neighbors on my floor are all very professional and nice. I would recommend.

Top Notch Professional I recently leased at another complex, sight unseen. When I arrived, I realized that I should have looked around before leasing. When I toured District West, I was impressed with the attentiveness and information they provided. Best Place I recently moved in after looking at what felt like everything Greenville had to offer. I fell in love with this place for it's location (both walking and driving), the apartment looking at the city and the office staff who made me feel right at home. I've met a lot of new people while getting coffee downstairs and in the gym.

Awful Experience I absolutely do not recommend living here. My roommate and I recently moved to district west, after living in other apartment complexes for years. Neither of us had any issues with our prior residences. Ever since we moved here, we have been accused of and been charged for noise and trash complaints even after we proved it wasn't us. When we've tried multiple times to work with the staff about these issues, but they are completely nonresponsive.
