Born in NY, I've relocated to Charlotte, NC to broaden my business. After looking online District south was my choice. After moving in all my expectations were met, my apt is totally fabulous, all upgraded appliances and the clean and quiet hallways. When I need to go into the management office I always felt comfortable and they always very helpful in meeting my needs, Safety is not an issue! I just love this place ❤️
We were the first to move in our building. Grounds are kept nicely and maintenance is always smiling and waving. Staff is prompt and friendly. Weekend traffic is expected when you live across Elevation - a prominent church in Charlotte. No complaints and will likely renew our lease if we don’t purchase a home.
Office is extremely unprofessional. They are not knowledgeable about their own property. They have you sign your lease and that is the only time they want to speak with you. It is located right next to Elevation Church and it is nearly impossible to get out of your apartment on the weekend. We asked about the traffic due to the church and we were lied to. They don’t enforce any rules stated in your lease. There is dog feces and garbage in the parking lot.
