I love living here! Everyone in the office is super nice and maintenance takes care of things immediately! The entire community is very clean and the apartments are beautiful. They have a package concierge that is secure and inside.
We are new Charlotte residents and couldn't have picked a better complex to live in. The apartment itself is beautiful, the fixtures inside each apartment are gorgeous, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and all of the extra amenities make it an even better place to live. Everyone that we have met here has been more than friendly and welcoming. Compared to my previous apartment, the differences are like night and day. We are so happy with our choice to move here and plan on spending the next few years at this apartment.
So glad to call this place home! Not only do we get a pool, grills, gym, yoga studio, and clubhouse, but we also get the best staff I've ever met from an apartment complex! Not only are these apartments the nicest I've seen, but we've also got easy access to so many restaurants, shops, and things to do. We couldn't have picked a better place to be.
This place is amazing !!! I moved here 6 months ago from Florida and this place is very quiet and clean, with many amenities to enjoy. The people in charge of managing the group do their job very well and are always aware of all the people who live in this place so that our coexistence here is always pleasant. I've had the opportunity to share moments with Reili, Corin, Leylannie, Gabby, Kim, Luis and Brian. All always very friendly and with a very good attitude always to help us in anything. Very nice place to live. Beautiful amenities and they always have events for the residents! Never had a problem and staff has always been nice and honest. Love the area! Close to everything.
Worst apt complex to deal with. The staff are all rude and are not great listeners. If you are seeking an apt to live in, look elsewhere from here. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
