I’m not using my real name because I’m concerned about retaliation if they ever actually do come across this. But I want to make sure people know what this company is like. It was almost impossible to get assistance from the landlord—who literally lived in the building and there are only 4 apartments—for maintenance, lease renewal, etc. You had to HOUND them for everything. Two years and most issues attended to quickly. Small and relatively peaceful
I subletted a unit here for 6 months on a month to month basis. They were upgrading the units while I was there, with my permission. All in all they were responsive and really seemed to be investing heavily in the building. The neighborhood has really improved and there are a number of businesses right along the streeth. For the dance/arts enthusiast there are galleries around the corner too! I was a graduate student at Catholic U law school while I was there.
