I recently had my first vehicle inspection since relocating to Washington, D.C., and it was an incredibly positive experience. The three gentlemen I interacted with throughout the process were exceptionally polite and kind. The entire process was remarkably swift, and I truly appreciate the efficient and well-run government service. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this a pleasant experience.
Actually, I was pleasantly surprised! I went to the Inspection Station and received great service AND passed Yay! Then I headed to The DMV @ Benning Rd and was pleasantly surprised again! Mr. "K" gave great service (2nd time helping me) and Supervisor Ms. Wilkins or Wilson was very professional as well. There was no line at the Inspection Station and I was in and out in less that 15 minutes and about 15 minutes @ The DMV.
