As somebody who worked for DC government and has seen it's near addiction to inefficiency up close and personal, it honestly blows my mind that this place exists. It's well run, everyone who works there is super nice, it is big enough to handle volume easily. Shockingly good service across the board. Smart system executed well every day.
I went to this inspection station & the hours of operation says they close at 2pm . I got there before closing and the wouldn’t provide a car seat for me . They stated they close at 1:30pm The voucher and door says 2pm . I talk to the supervisor and they said that they close 1:30pm as well. So if you’re going there beware of the policy that they create . The coordinator name is sipho . Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Best place to get your inspection done. Love the customer service which had me feeling appreciated and like my vote counted.
The staff here is phenomenal. So cordial, welcoming and helpful.
