I have lived here since the bldg opened. It has been has been a great experience. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is prime for an active social life and also offers you the ability to buckle down and knock out your school work. The bldg is pet friendly, offers residents meals and also boasts the friendliest maintenance man in town. You can’t go wrong living here!

The staff, location, and price is wonderful. I love the size of our community and how friendly everyone is. A special thing I will miss about my apartment is being able to see the fireworks on July 4th from my balcony. This location is way better than living right on the noisy strip (Constant fraternity parties and construction work). I find peace, but still hear the liveliness of downtown on the weekends. I lived at a few different places during my time at UA, but District Lofts was the best living experience by far. The staff was very kind and helpful, and it is located in a good part of town. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Greatest place to live in Tuscaloosa. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I loved living there and wish the complex would have been built earlier so that I could have lived there longer, unfortunately I graduated. I am still waiting for the District Lofts to build a new complex in Korea which is where I will be moving to. 5 stars is an understatement. Location is great, staff is great, and complex is great. I would recommend anyone who is like for a nice apartment and a great year to sign a lease there.
