Very unprofessional - impossible to get an appointment. Waited for more than a week after the initial phone call and submitting a form just to receive a very impersonal email, that relayed "Sorry - not taking new patients. Good luck!" message. This should have been communicated over the first phone call. Time wasted, feeling hopeless and frankly devastated as we don't have the alternative resource at this point, have to start all over.
