There's a reason why you'll rarely see any victims show up for court. I met 3 district attorney assistants for over a period of 5 months th and not one of them looked at the time and date stamped th evidence I gave them which was a copy of one of my medical records .. signed by a physician with the date, time th and location of the doctors visit which would of proven and stated contrary to what the defendant said and proven the defendant perjured themselves in court. If you are a victim I suggest hiring a professional attorney that cares. the d a's assistance does not investigate. If you are a first time victim in Clinton or at that surrounding area, I really do suggest hiring a professional attorney. The da's assistant will not help guide you through the court process Are any process involving court. I'm not expecting Ada's assistant to hold a victim's hand. Could someone please explain to me how someone has a probation violation for assault, simple assault, and communicating threats gets 21 days and the one who suffered by her hands gets 60 days on a probation violation on a 3 year old case. I just don't get this judicial system.
