I do not recommend a DA who has been arrested for a DUI AND is refusing to arrest 2 citizens who have clearly committed premeditated murder against an innocent man who was simply jogging to keep in shape. A father & son jumped in their truck, ran down the jogger, got out of their truck and waited for him, confronted him, and eventually killed him.
