RecommendedIt’s seems nice but office team need to be more on point and know what’s available to be viewed at that time when potential residents come to view the apt. They are not considerate of people time..
I love living at District at Duluth. We’re within walking distance of shops, live music, restaurants, and Good Word Brewing! The staff is wonderful, the resident events are always fun and nothing beats free Starbucks coffee! Very dog friendly community- my dogs are the resident “bad dogs” but most people are tolerant and try to be understanding (I so appreciate it.) We are already into our second lease and I anticipate staying for a while!

District at Duluth has been such an amazing place to live. The staff is so helpful & so friendly! Your neighbors become your closest friends & it truly feels like a tight knit community. Not to mention, downtown Duluth is a stones throw away. No more driving in that awful downtown Duluth traffic- just walk across the street to all the amazing events!
District @ Duluth is really a community. The beautiful staff know everyone by name which amazes me! The apartments are beautiful with large kitchens and tons of cabinets. The amenities are amazing - wonderful pool & awesome gym. They serve breakfast on Saturday morning and host weekday evening events that bring the tenants together. It doesn't feel like an apartment, it feels like a neighborhood. Like the old saying goes *If you can't make friends here... It's YOU!*
I feel completely 'taken care of' by the staff. I was surprised that they instantly memorized my name and always address me in passing. It is so nice to feel like a part of community, not just some nameless renter... The amenities are great and I love the organized community events. I am not typically interested in rental community events, but here they are geared towards adults and everyone is so nice! I have never lived anywhere where the staff has made such an effort to make me feel welcome and at home!
It has a peaceful feeling. Its like your in the country but has the look of the city.
I've lived in many apartment communities (inner city and suburbs) and District at Duluth absolutely takes #1 in my book! From management, to leasing agents, and maintenance- everyone is so kind and knows their residents. The price for the quality is also awesome compared to other comps. I Highly recommend!
Great location! You can walk to downtown Duluth. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Modern interiors. Abundance of amenities. Absolutely love the District life!!!
