I’ve had a few issues since living here, but overall things have gotten a lot better. There were definitely some frustrating moments at first, but I really appreciate that the staff listened to my concerns, took action, and answered any questions I had along the way. Whenever there was a maintenance-related concern, they were quick to send someone out and get it addressed. I’ve had a really good experience living here! The community is well maintained, and any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had have been handled pretty quickly. The location is convenient, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community.
This place has rats and mold so bad that they are having to gut apartments down to the studs and people are moving out. A women yelled at me for taking these pictures and quickly shut the door. I have heard that some residents are considering a class action lawsuit against the management for unsafe living conditions and negligence. Ps guess what's in those trash bags.

Our apartment (243) had awful mold and it took them over a month to even come in to look at it. Everyone who worked there was difficult to get into contact with and polite to my face but very unhelpful with any issues. Poor management structure overall. We were getting so sick from the mold and they refused to let us stay somewhere else or move to a different unit/property for the same price in a reasonable amount of time.
