Traffic, Roaches and Noise. They have a mandatory cable/wifi which raised rent mid lease automatically. Traffic, especially on Cowboys/Ranger games is like a parking lot preventing you from entering at the front of the complex and the back entrance was made into an exit only with a gate. Pot holes in the parking lot. Mail service can be AWFUL. Did I mention traffic and ROACHES.
