I have worked with Mike at Distinctive Wood Floors for several years, hiring him as a trusted sub contractor for restoration and new build clients, and recently had the opportunity to be a customer as well. Mike did an awesome job on our floors! We were unsure about what color we wanted but he did some samples and talked about what we we trying to achieve and he got it EXACTLY right! All the old "yellow oak look" is gone and so are the dents and scratches. We LOVE our new floors.

Mike did an amazing job on our floors. They hadn’t been worked on in 20 years so we had a lot of staining, spots, and scratches we were afraid wouldn’t come out. Mike was able to make them look brand new by sanding and sealing them! Not to mention he was by far the most experienced person and the best quote we got in town. Will be working with him again to get the floors sealed when it’s time! :)

My floors look amazing! Mike and his team did a fabulous job restoring and finishing our hardwoods after a leak. They are so silky smooth. Their products really brought out the grain and color of the wood. Mike is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Distinctive Wood Floors, Mike and his team. They are well priced, timely and keep the dust down as much as possible.
