If I could give negative stars I would. Wish I had read Yelp reviews. I am currently disabled and hired him to put in irrigation. Total disaster, my yard is a mess! He did not even pick up the flags or clean up. Did not show up on time or not at all and still my irrigation is not on my smartphone, his reply: not his problem. Terrible mistake.

Keith installed an irrigation system in my front yard one year and I had him come back the next to do the back yard. He and his crew were very professional. There were delays that were weather related but Brandi, his assistant, made sure I was kept in the loop about the delays. I recommended him to my relatives and a neighbor. He installed irrigation systems for them and they thanked me for recommending distinctive Irrigation.

Horrible company. Was scheduled to do some work for us but didn't show up on the appointed day. I had called his Office Manager Brandi numerous times the week prior with no answer whatsoever. On the day he was due to be here I called the number listed at 12:30 when they were a no show. The owner answered and told me that they would be there when they F^&*&# got there. I must say, Keith and his crew are the most professional crew I have dealt with in a long time. Having moved here from Hilton Head and working in the "Construction Industry" for 13 years, I've had quite a bit of experience with subcontractors. Melinda , you took me to court and Lost the case , so I guess your still feeling a some sort of way... It's ok .. You and Jmlm are 2 peas in a pod , you guys should be neighbors. YOU LOST THE CASE IN THE COURT OF LAW , YOU TRIED TO GET ME TO DO SOMETHING ILLEGAL , AND I DID NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH YOUR ILL INTENSIONS TO CONTAMINATE THE LOCAL WATERWAYS . SO YES , YOU DID HAVE SOMEONE FINISH THE 5% I DIDN'T DO.

I agree with JMLM. Maybe he's okay to hire for regular yard work maintenance type stuff I could get my teenage son to do but anything that requires more skill - I would NOT recommend him. I asked him to install a French drain and he put in solid (not perforated) corrugated tubing and covered it with my yard dirt, then put three surface drains and said that would take care of my water problem. Good Job!!! – Keith & his crew has been servicing my property for years(2005). I must say i`ve had my bad share of contractors.. but i cannot say that about Keith & his crew!! From time of estimate Keith was on time & very professional. He took his time & explained how my irrigation will be designed & installed. 2 weeks later the job was installed in just 1 day. I was at work while Keith & his crew installed the system , by the time i came home he was almost done & i swear i couldn't even tell the install has taken place!!..... read more

Terrible Customer Service – After having work done by Distinctive Irrigation, we had a problem with the pond liner. All though it was replaced after 2 weeks, the job was not completed. The original rocks were not placed back on the pond, the sod that was put down was done poorly, the UV light was recalled and never replaced. After numerous phone calls to an answering machine, we finally wrote a letter. He informed us that the job was done. It was completed...by us.
