I needed an appointment urgently for my elderly mother, who was visiting me. Distinct offered me an appointment the next day, where the clinic I usually attend took 24hrs to return my call. Thank you so much for the patience and care you showed toward my mother. She has a lifetime aversion to dentist, but with your gentle approach and understanding, came through the experience with a smile at the end. And not least, her discomfort was resolved.
Really great team; friendly and did a thorough job. They made sure I understood what was happening throughout the clean and procedure, and made time afterwards to chat about follow up options and answer questions. Highly recommend this centre.
