Very Professional, and will tell you like it is, which I like. Nothing worse than being sold a bill of goods. Not everyone loses their hair in the same places, or to the same degree. So results will always vary based on Genetics and other factors. I have had 4 transplants with Dr. DiStefano and will have one more later this year. My results have been amazing.
