I would actually give them zero stars. I paid for credit and background check and never received a response about the property I was interested in. They had me send over extra paystubs and never sent a response. When I did speak with someone they blamed the wait on the actual property owner. Saying they were waiting for the owner to make a decision. I waited a month. I think its very unprofessional to take customers money and not provide service. I would have appreciated better service. These people are not the actual property owner in my case but are instead an "agent" of the property owner. They are horrible at their jobs. Their contractors do quick fixes instead of doing proper work. I had a persistent roof leak in my apartment that took them 7 months of excuses and feet dragging to fix. They also have a tendency to hire contractors who are rude, messy, or both.
