My recent experience on the Disney Cruise Line has been mix feelings about the service given on the cruise line. Recently on a November 5-19th Cruise on the Disney Wonder Panama Canal Cruise the service I received from guest services on board was let's say it nonexistent. I was given wrong false information about a situation on the cruise and was given misleading information about it. Will go into more detail about the situation but my cruise was ruined because of this so called manger information given. I was told that my s... read more

My name is Melissa *****. My husband and l went to Disney most years beginning on our first anniversary 50 years ago this year. Unfortunately my husband passed two years ago. I did not think l could return because l have many memories, but my youngest son convinced me to join his family at the park and my first time on the Disney Cruise. My son is a hard worker and COVID has been hard on his business as he manages several performers in the entertainment business. Our trip took so much of his time away from his business, but ... read more

This Guest emailed DCL regarding these concerns. We called and spoke with them about their concerns and apologized for their experience. We advised that a second test at the port is not an option per guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Guest asked for additional compensation in addition to the full refund they received, and we explained that we do not provide additional consideration for these situations. DCL sends emails to booked Guests regarding the testing process, and the information is a... read more

This cruise offered to fulfill our family's dream and sail on a cruise for the first time. It would be with adored Disney characters to boot! As a low income mom of two (at the time), I saved, budgeted and bought a lot of Disney items to ensure my children had a wonderful time. I even signed up to participate in onboard fish extender gift exchange through a Facebook group of other families joining the same cruise. Our ship was set to sail March 19, 2020. We didn't know much about Covid-19 and believed historical accounts of ... read more

We are frequent travelers to Disney and Disney Cruise Lines. My family and 2 friends were booked on the May 2020 Hawaiian 10 Day Cruise, plus a multi day stay in Disney's Aulani Resort. Rightfully so, the cruise was cancelled due to Co-Vid 19 restrictions. We booked a replacement cruise for January cruise to Eastern Caribbean with hopes of another chance to sail. However, in the mean time as cruise restrictions continue, Disney scheduled another Hawaiian Cruise scheduled for May 2021. Disney refused to apply our payment from... read more

Hi, I booked a cruise and it was canceled due to Coronavirus. I called and requested a refund. They said it would take up to 30 days to receive a full refund. Within the first week I received my deposit. Then, I never received the rest of my money. If you have ever booked a Disney Cruise you know how much it costs. Luckily, we are not one of those families that would need extra money to survive because my husband is essential. I know that there are families that probably need their refund in a timely manner. I called a about... read more

Business response:

A full refund was processed on May 11, 2020 after the Guest called us to inquire about the remainder of her refund. The Guest was advised to expect that the refund may take up to 7 - 10 business days to reflect back on the original form of payment. Our records indicate that the refund has been processed in full.
