Highly disappointed. Dining was a disaster supposed to have dining at 8 at 10:45 pm still waiting on food due to the kitchen staff. missed all the night activities due to this. music in the dining area was so loud we couldn't hear what our server was saying. very rude people checking you in and out. This was not a cheap trip whatsoever there were 5 of us and we were very disappointed
Very disappointed in Disney Cruise Lines. Took our first cruise ever on 4/21/23 on the Disney Wish from Port Canaveral. Boarding was delayed for HOURS due to Disney’s own IT problems. This led to the muster drill being delayed twice, and the sail away party, our first ever which we were so looking forward to, to being canceled. Disney cruise line lied to us causing us to have a terrible cruise time.They had a promotion with 3 and 4 guest free. So we added my daughter friend when we made our reservation. One month out from the cruise We needed our documents to do our preboarding. My daughters friend was not sure if she was going to be able to go. I called disney cruise line an was told we could remove my daughter's and would be able to add her back up to the day of sailing. So disappointed with Disney Cruise. I requested a refund on June 6, 2022, received only about 40% of the total amount I have paid. I sent email to ask why on June 18 and 28. No response from Disney Cruise at all.
I have been trying since May to cancel my Disney Cruise because of unexpected circumstances but when I call the phone number 1-************* I continue to get a message that they are experiencing longer than expected wait time and to try again. I've been calling every day and still no response. I sent an email on 6/8/2022 and still haven't received any response. This is very disappointing that a well known company has poor service. I feel like they are initially trying to keep the money..

I have attempted to call many times to cancel my existing cruise and get my money back that they have had for 2 1/2 years but I get hung up on due to call volume...I finally was able to reach the cue to be told my wait is 69 minutes....almost 4 hours later I am still on hold. I still need to cancel my cruise. This is Disney, I expect better than this even with current labor shortages. If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. This is horrible customer service.

Disney cruise line customer service and processing is definitely not the same as the park. I canceled a cruise over two weeks ago and have waited over 8 hours on the phone. When I canceled I was told refund would be in 7-10 business days. Never got my email confirmation. I have not received my deposit back. Had to call yesterday to get a email that it was canceled, but he could not see my refund processed. I would love to hear from disney on this.
I have been trying to contact Disney Cruise Line by Phone or Live Chat and unable to reach them. I need to cancel a cruise. The phone wait time has been, 464 minutes which 7.7 hours, or 342 minutes which is 5.7 hours. This is undoable to expect anyone to hold for that long a time. I feel this is not acceptable customer service for any business. I have cruised with Disney and while on the ship they are wonderful. It is the customer service on land that is a major problem.
