Sean Gallagher was great salesman
I was really hoping for a better experience in the Service Department. The advisor I spoke with, Robert, wsa uncaring and condescending when I attempted to be very thorough with my concerns. I had a list of 4 things to check, including a known recall. The phone call I received when it was done started out with "So we checked out your whole truck..." (I never requested or even suggested this). I hope I just caught him on a bad day, however, it left me not wanting to bring my business back.
We recently purchased a new Jeep Compass Trailhawk from them. It was a very pleasant buying experience. We worked with Sean and Clint who took all the time with us that we wanted, showed us various Jeep models, patiently explained all of the features and differences but did not try to push any one vehicle. Sean Gallagher made our experience at Dishman Dodge simply amazing. We called ahead and told him what we were looking for and told him that we were on our way from Post Falls. When we pulled in to the parking lot he had put the vehicle that we were interested in right up front. This is an excellent local business! They fixed my Jeep recently and did a very thorough job and found several things needing repairs that were covered by the warranty. I am very happy with their service department and highly recommend them for regular maintenance as well as repair work! They are very friendly and assign 1 person who always knows what is going on with your vehicle. They will even give you a ride if needed!
