Tried calling 5 times to book an appointment- after reading the reviews I am SO THANKFUL that I didn't. The responses this business owner has left on reviews have been SO rude and un-customer service oriented. Beyond thankful you never bothered to pick up your phone.
RecommendedWe loved our experience here. The facility is really nice, charming, clean, homey. Diane was really fun to work with. She knows what she's doing and our photos were amazing. Her price was great and we loved the heart beat stuffed animals. I would definitely recommend going here.
she was about 20-30 mins late when I went for my last pregnancy. I was 17 weeks and she was kind of nice but I wouldn't recommend at all. if you have a scheduled appointment it should be taken in to consideration.
This was a once in a lifetime experience for us as we didn’t do anything like this for our first and this is our second and last. As others said, Diane went above and beyond and even provided me juice to get our nugget to move so we could have clearer images. Despite my wild five year old, Diane was calm and helped me feel at ease and I’m so thankful for the sweet photos that really captured our little one. Thank you thank you thank you!
My husband and I had an excellent experience at Discovery Ultrasound! Diane was so nice and friendly. She made the experience so personable. We loved seeing finding out the gender and seeing live views of our little bundle of joy!
Definitely recommend! My baby was a little stubborn and didn't want to move his hands from in front of his face. She was very patient for us and did not let us leave without getting good pictures of our baby! Also very nice lady and office!!!
