Me and my family went at 15 weeks and was told I was expecting a boy to later be told I’m having a girl
RecommendedOver all I would give Discovery Ultrasound a 4 star. There was a big miscommunication on the price however, when I was trying to understand the dynamics of the miscommunication the lady giving me the ultrasound seemed very annoyed. I couldn’t cancel because the refund would of came after my gender reveal and I needed to get the gender before the party. I think going forward she could be a little more personable. We loved this place and Diane!!
Went in for gender ultrasounds after two OBs couldn’t clearly give me an answer. Ms Diane was so thorough and sweet! We were welcomed by a sign with my name on it and I thought it was so adorable! My husband and little one came along and they were laughing and having a good time. Facility is so cute and relaxing! Will definitely come back for my 3D! Happy customer!
👎🏼The “book now” feature on FB doesn’t let you know that you’re booking an online special which can’t be rescheduled, canceled or refunded. It tells you in the fine print the refund policy for the online special but there’s no indication that the service is $20 off so I had no way of knowing that refund policy applied to the package I picked. Went here last Saturday and the lady swore up And down it was a boy I have a son and I never saw what she swore she saw! She claimed this ball looking thing was the boy parts when it wasn’t even attracted to Him .... got a second opinion and it is indeed a Girl! And the pictures weren’t great either .... went here years ago with my son and she even almost gave him the wrong gender but I believe in second chances never again...
