Art was very helpful in informing what my furnace needed and completed the job promptly and cleaned up beautifully after the project was done.

They answered the phone in the later evening and gave me some good things to try and resolve the problem. When those interventions did not work, I called them back the next morning as they instructed me to do. My air conditioning issue was evaluated and fixed that morning. I felt they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly when we really needed them!

The boiler had needed some replacement pipes as well as the solution to the slight smell of gas when near the boiler itself. Prior to calling for service for these issues, I had removed the majority of the damaged piping and purchased all new of what I was able to remove. I couldn't remove the bushing that attaches directly to the boiler or the nipple that attached to that bushing to save my life.
