The absolute worst! Thanks to them not paying a medical debt per their own policies, my bill went to collections and messed up my credit. They refuse to accept responsibility despite overwhelming proof of their failure, and they refuse to do anything to make it right. They are so bad, and had so many complaints from other employees, that my company told them to hit the road. The company I work for isn't small, either.

The worst company to deal with! They've had my COBRA election forms for over two weeks now and they still aren't processed. I'd like to be able to login in make my premium payment but I can't because my portal hasn't been activated. The customer service personnel are clueless; it's obvious they're just reading from a script. No effort to determine what the problem is and fix it. If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!! Discovery Benefits is by far the worst third-party administrator I have ever dealt with. During this tough time being on cobra and paying a high premium every month for my coverage the team from discovery benefits has been very unhelpful and resolving any of my questions I specifically signed up for such payments to assure my premium was made on time. Some businesses attempt to fill a need. Discovery benefits has a very successful operation. The sad part is that they do it on the back of people that find themselves in a tight spot and have little recourse. Here is an example: I made my initial 2 health insurance payments (March & April '20) prior to the 1st of the month due date. Not withstanding the $20 fee that they charge for paying with your debit card. Discovery Benefits engage in unfair business practices, which amount to essentially theft. Transit benefits taken out of a paycheck belong to that person. I no longer work for the employer that contracted with Discovery Benefits to provide these services, so I have now lost access to over $300 in my money, which I am told is forfeited. We an option for no stars was available i would so do a Negative 5 Stars! you have to deal with ATTITUDE from customer service agents, talk to like you are stupid! When your upload into the system your receipt your receipt must have PROVIDER NAME DATE OF SERVICE TYPE OF SERVICE and all these other BS! you'll deny $11.29 but have 4 pages of documentation on my uploads? HORRIBLE TO THE MAX! WORST EVER!!!

Crap on top of crap. Their entire goal is to keep your FSA money for themselves. To actually take out YOUR money that you put in take s an act of god and 10 documents for each transaction..

HORRIBLE! I have dealt with 3rd party administrators before and NEVER had this issue. I have wasted more time (and in turn money) on the phone with these fools than I saved in taxes. They do not pay claims, they make you upload an EOB for every little purchase (literally a $1.43 prescription) and they have turned my card off more times than I can count. AWFUL! WAY more aggravation than it's worth.

This company is AWFUL. No such thing as customer service and they get claims info wrong constantly. Good luck getting reimbursements as promised. Over-promise and under-deliver must be their motto.
