Wex offers the worst customer service. We're having an issue with our reimbursement for 2021. The first person looked into the situation and was able to find the error originated and she said she'd start the process on getting it corrected. My husband didn't get her name because he was excited thinking everything was resolved. Two weeks later -- nothing. He called back today and the person wouldn't look into it for more than 5 seconds. Fraudulent business. This is Big Business stealing from the regular joe. Demand/Accept premiums - then poof they cannot be reached and their online and phone service is a cruel joke

Absolutely terrible. Nothing gets done in a prompt manner. The head of HR has to call them for any transaction. They drag their feet and then deny the benefit. They are the worst. Your employees will mutiny with this service. Pass!

I will give them zero if I could. There was almost $6000 in my husband Health Savings Account (HSA) disappeared in Discovery Benefits HSA account. When my husband withdrew the $6000 after leaving a previous employer and requested to have it sent to his personal HSA. Discovery Benefits (DB) sent it to a wrong bank which we had no account with. I'd give them 0 if I could. Worst service ever. They do not research. They deny everything. I am exhausted trying to get them data on a claim that is absolutely legit. Their mode operandi is deny everything. Make it a hassle. Provide no support. Worst company I have ever experienced. I am on hold for 10 mins just to try to resolve. Requested a call on a submittal - was ignored. They are terrible.

I have never been so frustrated with a HSA. They deny everything. They don’t accept the receipts you are given for medical services because they don’t “have enough information.” They don’t have representatives available on the weekends and during the week you will be on hold forever.

If you are an employer considering this company to manage FSAs for your employees, do them a favor and find a better company with a more humane approach. Circumstance: I have an outstanding claim of less than $12 from May 2020 (it's now Nov 2020). I have made 6 attempts to submit sufficient documentation/receipts for this claim, all of which have been rejected. 1. I submit Square receipts monthly from one of my providers. DO NOT USE THEM! If you do not submit every single thing, and to their liking, they will deny. If you do not use YOUR money, by a particular date they set, then you "forfeit" YOUR MONEY. Even with COVID, they did not notify that you can use alternate care givers, and be able to get reimbursed. (of course they don't announce this). I used them for after school care, but since there was none, I had $500 sitting there, thinking I could use them later, NOPE. Can not roll it over to FSA either.
