The Lofts At Alta Palisades is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Richardson. Not only is it filled with Great employees full of big hearts and professionalism. Tara, Alishia, Justine, and Marty are the hearts and soul of the apartment complex. The leasing office is randomly closed, they don't notify me with packages, I had to move with my company and had to buy out of my lease not only did I pay the fees ( understandable for breaking my lease) but I didn't get my deposit back.....

This is a beautiful place to live at.
While living at Jefferson at the Perimeter, I was erroneously locked out of my apartment (management changed the locks prior to my move out date) and my belongings were removed. I was told I was going to be reimbursed, but it has been more than 30 days and I have not received any repatriation. The management team of the property has changed the story of the timing of my reimbursement multiple times. I seriously question the ethics of a company that would ever behave this way.
