sons apt is great ben and larry the mmaintenance team replaced my sons water heater as soon as it was called in love the quickness and energy they both had

I usually don't right review but this has been on my mind for a while now. When my fiance and I first moved into the apartments we were very please with it, had minor issues but still we were content. Fast forward a year later we was happy to renew our lease not knowing management would change.. AND OUR RENT WOULD INCREASE BY $300 SN OUR RENT IS PAID EARLY EVERY MONTH!..THE CHANGE WAS THE WORST THING EVER!!! I HAVE REPORTED OUR DRYER BEING BROKEN SINCE SEPTEMBER 2019 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED.COUNTLESS TIMES...HERE WE A... read more

Didnt have an apartment for us but had us apply anyways and then tried to keep the deposit even though the said it was refundable. And i have vms and emails saying they would refund it but they never did. Their customer service is horrible and I had to file fraud on my card to get my money back.

The staff is always changing and very unprofessional. My car was broken into twice , and yesterday someone stole ALL my Christmas packages off my porch, and neighbors are extremely loud . The Thieves are outrageous over here!

When we looked at the place, they said a lot of things that end up being not true. Never can get a hold of anyone in the office and the place is going down hill. It’s not kept clean or sanitary. Parking is atrocious, in the gate and outside the gate. They put in a paid parking meter for all visitors or you can park on the road and get your car broken into. I’m actually resident for 3 years but it’s really a bad choice for someone looking for safety and quality the management is very weak and slow if you ask for any maintenance whatever’s emergency or not they will take long time to finish it and the most important thing is safety we get robbed in one night for 27 cars we found the glass is broken and all the stuff inside the cars is stolen and after that they take one stupid action they add around 100 speed pumps handmade it’s really destroying our cars every day and also didn... read more
