RecommendedI own my own company called Good Dog Nashville and Eastside Heights is very dog friendly and they always promote my business because they know I am there to help out there residents. Definitely highly recommend Eastside Heights.

I have been living here for all most 2 years, and I will not be signing another lease. The grounds are well kept, I haven't had an issue with maintenence. My complaints are noise complaints I've filed several on my neighbors above me for the excessive noise after 11pm..they still do it. In addition, the apartment complex offers no loyaly for residents who re-sign a lease. I will not be signing another lease! I moved into a new apt and been getting the run around with how much I owe. Then I was told apt wouldn’t go down from what I’m currently paying, they’re $60 less a month now and I moved in 6 days ago. Explore other options. I am regretting the fact that I signed another lease.
RecommendedI am incredibly impressed by the maintenance staff at The Lofts. Just today I put in 2 maintenance requests for little minor preventative maintenance items, and Ralph came and fixed both within 12 hours of putting in the request. I always get quick responses even for minor things that they definitely are not required to respond to within a 24 hour period. The guys are all friendly and professional, and the work they do is quick and done well. Thanks Ralph!
Terraces on Brompton is the worst place I have ever lived in my life and can’t wait for May 26th to get the hell out of here. Numerous messages have been sent to corporate. They have been ignored. I have asked my complex for over a month now to replace at least 15 burnt out porch lights in my courtyard alone in building A. Still hasn’t been done. Pedestrian gate has been broken for months. Aside from the fact that we were forced to pack up and move out of our apartments at Estancia Villas, due to MOLD for 10 days bc they failed to do a final inspection. Now we have to deal with theft from the people fixing it..They have caused us a great deal of inconveniences including taking off of work as well as transportation issues and on top of all that having to move our dog in a small hotel causing her to have anxiety.
