The staff is always changing and very unprofessional. My car was broken into twice , and yesterday someone stole ALL my Christmas packages off my porch, and neighbors are extremely loud . The Thieves are outrageous over here!
I’m actually resident for 3 years but it’s really a bad choice for someone looking for safety and quality the management is very weak and slow if you ask for any maintenance whatever’s emergency or not they will take long time to finish it and the most important thing is safety we get robbed in one night for 27 cars we found the glass is broken and all the stuff inside the cars is stolen and after that they take one stupid action they add around 100 speed pumps handmade it’s really destroying our cars every day and also didn... read more

I have been living here for all most 2 years, and I will not be signing another lease. The grounds are well kept, I haven't had an issue with maintenence. My complaints are noise complaints I've filed several on my neighbors above me for the excessive noise after 11pm..they still do it. In addition, the apartment complex offers no loyaly for residents who re-sign a lease. I will not be signing another lease! I moved into a new apt and been getting the run around with how much I owe. Then I was told apt wouldn’t go down from what I’m currently paying, they’re $60 less a month now and I moved in 6 days ago. Explore other options. I am regretting the fact that I signed another lease.
I’ve lived at Discovery for 8 yrs .. I like it but I must admit I liked it a Whole lot better before we got new management.
Ever since the new management took over I’ve had nothing but issues. Constant maintenance problems, which could have been overlooked if they hadn’t replaced our maintenance with people that can’t even fix little things. We’ve had so many problems that they gave us a credit towards our next month rent and it didn’t even apply! The office workers on multiple occasions didn’t even relay all the issues to the property manager. Mark, the property manager, tried to fix everything but issues still continue.
