The staff is always changing and very unprofessional. My car was broken into twice , and yesterday someone stole ALL my Christmas packages off my porch, and neighbors are extremely loud . The Thieves are outrageous over here!
BEWARE !!! They will take your money for an Administration Fee of $150.00 in applying for an apartment and put you under a false premise of what your deposit is expected to be only to APPROVE you and tell you that you need to pay an astronomical amount for a deposit to move in (not double the deposit amount posted to potential applicants but DOUBLE THE MARKET RATE OF THE RENT to move in !!!!) ... Most complexes will disclose in writing that a deposit could be up to an additonal amount that is ad much as the same amount of 1 ... read more
The parking is an issue. Plus the office should have an after hours to contact to address issues so that the management can send an email later. Most people work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Thats an oversight. Other than that no issues. But those are very important issues.
My move in experience was horrible. My apartment was not cleaned at all and the office confirmed the cleaning lady got fired so my apt was untouched. Trash food just a mess. My patio was covered in kids paint and arts and crafts and I have the pictures to prove this. I’ve had to clean piss from behind the toilet from the previous tenants. I’ve emailed and ask the corporate office to call me and no one has reached out. My floor is extremely unleveled and I’m extremely disappointed overall.
I’m actually resident for 3 years but it’s really a bad choice for someone looking for safety and quality the management is very weak and slow if you ask for any maintenance whatever’s emergency or not they will take long time to finish it and the most important thing is safety we get robbed in one night for 27 cars we found the glass is broken and all the stuff inside the cars is stolen and after that they take one stupid action they add around 100 speed pumps handmade it’s really destroying our cars every day and also didn... read more

I have lived at Nob H*** apartments for about 18 years. For the most part I have been happy there, but their has been a steady decline in the apartments and management style for over five years and a steady increase in crime in and around the complex. The past two years have been an absolute nightmare. The entire first level was flooded throughout the complex, so those of us who have stayed, who live on the second floor, have had to endure quite a lot.
