This shuttle service is a great service for visitors. I stumbled on the service by accident and since it was free thought we’d give it a try. We parked at Whirlpool State Park and waited well over 45 minutes (based off the times on the app) and a driver did finally show up and said they were short a driver. The app is great to utilize as it shows you each stop and what there is to do. From one of the drivers, I learned that the shuttle used to run through 9 pm but due to funding, hours were cut back.
