When I first came in a month ago, I had a herniated disc in my neck and pain so bad I could barely move my right arm, let alone sleep. Now the arm pain is gone, I have no trouble sleeping, and my neck is well on its way towards recovery. I can't wait until I can start running and kayaking again!
