Nothing like sitting there a hour and they never got the tires rotated so we just left very mad.
My wife brought our truck in with a flat (in the bed). She was treated like 'the little lady who doesn't know anything". I've been coming to this store since it opened. This is how you make sure I change tire places. Not cool. But, the positive side is, we got a new tire. I guess that's all that matters, right?
UPDATE: Changed my original 2 star review to 4 stars after Corey, the store manager, went above and beyond what was necessary to make right the wrong of my poor experience there. Thank you. Left Discount Tire totally disgusted after they had lost a trailer tire center cap two days earlier. They did offer to replace it but the whole incident was totally unnecessary. I also needed a new pickup truck tire because my flat wasn't repairable. Went to Fat Boys Tire and got 4 new truck tires at a great price with great service. Up u... read more
I just had the best experience at Discount Tire! I stopped to get my tired checked and filled. It was a little after 6 and I noticed that they closed at 6pm. So I figured I would leave and come back tomorrow. A gentleman stopped me and said he would check my tires anyways. My front tire was extremely low so they checked it out and fixed up my tire! All of the employees that I dealt with were amazing!!! Thank you so much!
So I recently had my tires slashed, and I went here to get them replaced. Not only did they replace my tires, but the manager (or I assume he was) gave me an entire bag of lug nuts for free. Under the condition I keep my business with them. Guaranteed I won't go anywhere else now. The best place in town. Come here!!!!!!!
