First I would like to say that I have never had a bad experience with any of the Discount Tire Stores. The store in St. Charles however I think provided outstandung service. I was on a route working yesterday and found that I had a nail in my tire. The service reps were fantastic. They greated me, assessed the problem, all while maintaining friendly service. It was like I have known them for a while and were best friends. I would recommend then to everyone.
Amazing customer service they price match tires for me without trying up sell me they gave me better tires then what I was looking for great group of guys

Arrived at 8:45 for a 9 o'clock new Cooper tire purchase... left at 9:13 with 4 new tires. They must have a NASCAR pit crew in St Charles.
