RecommendedIf you need tires, this is the place. I have been there 3 different times. Two different vehicles and they never disappoint. Always professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They have went over and beyond every time I have been there. Will never buy tires anywhere else.
Was told 2 hr wait for balance and rotate even though I purchased the tires from the St Charles location. Was 2 others in the wait area . Disappointing to say the least!
At 5am my tire blew on me because of it being flat and rubbing on the side of my car. Lucky I had a warranty which covered my tire, but I had a bent rim that I have had since I purchased the car 4years ago and today it became my issue. It was making my tire leak and after already having no money from paying bills the staff was nothing but amazing! They were so sweet and amazing they gave me an amazing deal just so they wouldn’t put me out and leave me with no money. I highly recommend with 6 stars if possible! Thank you guys... read more
Friendly courteous service as always I would recommend them to anyone
Of course I decide the Friday before new years weekend and the first snow of the year to buy new tires. I arrived as a walk in customer around 2pm, and Brandon assisted me. Brandon said it's 2pm, you will be out of here by 6pm. Thinking ok here we go let's wait and low and behold I was out by 5:45pm. Well worth the wait and Brandon and Jason provided the best customer service. Hats off to the guys working on the cars. I highly recommend this store.
