I came in to get my tires rotated and was told they were pretty much in the red (I had an idea that they had been for a while but was hoping a rotation would help) as far as tread goes. Brandon said he sisnt have the tires I needed in stock but he could could have them by noon the next day (Saturday). I was pleasantly surprised when Brandon called me a few hours later and said he was able to get the tires on their last truck for the day and he had them in! Friendly and quick crew! Got new tires with their warranty put on back in June and had to make 2 stops in this week from a flat and a nail in my tire. Recommend the warranty! Great service from both visits!
I called the day before I went to make an appointment. I called the minute they opened, even before the computers were up and they answered with the same friendliness and professionalism as if I called when everything was already moving. When I got to the location I was greeted in a friendly manner, was given great undivided customer service and I was in and out within the hour promised. There was a mis communication as do what time they opened, so I was there almost an hour early. They opened up and asked if I needed help, I explained my issue. They said to sit tight and as soon as they had their team meeting they would open early. By the time they were able to open it was 5 minutes before normal open. By this time there was a line 12 deep to get in. The gentleman who initially helped came to my car, reviewed the issue, made recommendation for a couple of new tires ( I needed them!)
