Amazing service! I bought my Michelin tires here and I absolutely love them on my Charger. Recently visited to get my tire plugged in. The wait was short in the results were amazing they even included tire shine after putting my tire back on. On happy camper here.
Can not beat the Tire Warranty. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Extremely professional work force. With my appointment, I was in and out in under an hour.
I bought four tires from this location this summer. So far so good. Had such a great experience, that I bought two more tires from a Discount Tire in Memphis for my mother. I would highly recommend them. I also appreciate the email reminders regarding rotation and balance and checking tire pressure. And, I just bought some killer leather pants with the $75 gift card they gave me when I purchased the four tires. I'm a happy camper!
I visited Discount Tire Chamblee and was really impressed. Mark Sayers and his team are top notch. The staff are proactive and upbeat and work hard to solve client problems quickly with less fuss and downtime. One thing I don't like at auto services places is up-selling and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the staff listened to my requests regarding what I wanted to spend. I highly recommend this place for service, selection and price.
I have been going to Discount Tire for years now. This location had the fastest service. I wonder if it's because it was the first time I made an appointment. Any who I would recommend making an appointment. I bought 4 new tires and it took 45 mins and I was out the door. Dale helped me and he was super helpful and knowledgeable.
