RecommendedTire rotation and repaired a nail in my tire for free. Excellent customer service, timely and efficient. Location is perfect as many stores and restaurants nearby. Also along the Marta rail if you needed transportation. Will definitely return when I need new tires!

RecommendedI've been exposed to the automotive industry for many years. My husband was a Hummer parts manager. I've also been a retail manager for years. This particular Discount Tire store runs like a well oiled machine. I was there 3 hours and left with the utmost respect for this manager, this staff, and Discount Tire company. Excellent customer service....a rare commodity these days. Highly recommend!

My Wife and I went to Discount Tire today because she had a tire blow out on I-285 that was purchased at No Discount Tire and they would not honor their road hazard warranty even though the tire had 5/32 inch of tread left. They tried to charge us $177.00 for a tire that was $90.83 at Wal-Mart. I have been buying tires there for many years and they used to give good service at fair prices but not any more. They also refused to honor their return policy that they advertise on TV. BEWARE!!
Recommendedif 5 stars is the 'gold standard' Discount Tires is a 10! I have never had a bad or disappointing experience - and I've been to DT locations in three states. The Chamblee store is as good as it gets!
Discovered a screw in the sidewall of my tire at 4:15pm. Called 6 different tire stores and none of them would help because everyone was closing at 5pm. Discount Tires said if I could get my car there, they'd take care of my tire before they closed at 6pm. I got there, and the crew stayed well past 6pm to make sure every car there was finished before they went home. Great service!!!
