I purchased tires online Thursday April 9, made an appointment online for Wednesday April 15. I show up to the store with my confirmed time and date appointment in my email. The first worker had complications on finding the order so he asked the assistant manager Beau for help. Beau then tells me that the tires are not in stock. I told him that I understand its not his fault but that I was very frustrated that the website would allow me to make an appointment for this day if the tires would not be here by then. Went in for my rotation and balance. Was about 5 mins late for my 5:30 appointment. Was out by 6, and with smiles all around. Now that's superior customer service!
Kudos to Discount Tire in Chamblee! Low pressure light came on this morning, still on after work, so stopped by for a check. All tires were checked, air added. Love the check pressure line. Very courtesy young man assisted me. Told me to stop by once a month for pressure check. Nice service! This kind of service and staff will have my business when it’s time for new tires! Thank you!
