Went to Discount Tire today to get an alignment completed. Nathan checked me in and kept me updated with the process as he worked to complete it. In and out in less than an hour and it was under $100. Great product and service!
Today I went into Discount Tire. Jacob was my rep. He really understood my concerns. He remembered me from a previous time I came in.Which made my visit more personal. He is a great asset to the company and the community.
I've been to this discount tires store and others over the years and one thing that's always consistent is the kindness and courtesy of the employees, these are the nicest men, they always open the doors, they acknowledge you when you come in and treat everyone with the upmost respect, not sure if this is a corporate training or just the environment but kudos to discount tire for the best customer service!!!
