Very slow,l had to come up 3xs for the same service on 1 tire that l bought new and was charged the second time for a bad tire and waited almost 2 hours to have the tire fixed or replace, Justin, was the manager at the time, me and my wife together have over 8 cars for our company and personal, we get all of cars service at discount tires and since this tire shop is close, we will now be looking for another discount tire store...(bad service)..

They can never help out females/women and always try to take advantage of them. Sent my wife to ask about a patch or plug they said she need a whole new tire! For the low price of 325$. They are something don’t bother here. Go to a mom and pop tire place and save hundreds and better service and possible better understanding that we are all struggling also this is one of trumps big supporters just fyi!!!

Thank God for Jason at the front end! I had a nasty blowout and was only able to afford to replace one. He worked his magic and he was able to help me get 4 brand new tires at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this location!

Had a nail in my tire, made an appointment and it still took over and hour and a half. What is the point of an appointment? And once they got my car into the bay to plug one tire, it still took them 40 minutes. Your team should communicate if there will be a delay. This is absolutely unacceptable especially for somebody who actually makes an appointment because they don’t have all the time in the world to sit there and wait on you.
