I've purchased my tires for years from Discount but I have to say the guys at this location are fantastic. They were busting it today with a never ending stream of people like me who did not have an appointment. The answered questions but never pressured anyone to buy. I even heard them offer to call other locations for prices. I highly recommend you visit this location if you need tires. Ask for Rich, he took great care of me.
As someone else has said, this is a "no nonsense" place
I was a walk in yesterday. Thease guys were completely over run with people and cars .. Every one of the guys were super professional. I was very happy with the tires I got. I will definitely be returning when I need service again !
Thank you so much to Rich and his team for taking such great care of me. There was a line out the door of people needing help and the phones were ringing off the hook yet he still managed to get my car in and patched the hole my tire had from a nail. I couldn't be more appreciative of how kind everyone was and how great my whole experience was. Although it's an hour away I'll continue to use this shop as my tire go-to!
I want to thank Jessie for going way above & beyond today when I had a flat tire at Meijer. When I learned how long it was going to take for AAA to come, I called and spoke with Jessie to see if they could put enough air in my tire to get there, he offered to come up & put my spare on since they didn't have a portable are canister. Best place hands down the customer service is by far better then anywhere around. I was welcomed like I was family, the employees all have a smile even at 8am. Go see Kevin he is a great guy and actually cares about his customers.
