RecommendedI had a great experience here after a not-so-great morning... My tire needed a new rim, the line was very long, and everybody was crabby. Everybody but the guys working! The front staff was super calm and helpful. The mechanics were busy, whistling and singing and getting it done! Got the text that my car was done, 4 hours before the quoted time. Easy! Thank you!
Super nice front desk guy! Taught me a couple of things about my tires I didn’t know. Made me feel comfortable and informed!
I had appt .lets start by saying the service man said that the appt was double booked so I waited and waited and waited so far 3 hours and my car is still in the parking lot.
These guys are always great! Knowledgeable and easy to buy from. I always go here and have always been steered right.
they took my tire off that had a nail in it and said they were done and that my rear tire had a nail also which was a lie, the tire they took off they put it in the rear, this happpend at the jackson road store in ann arbor, michigan i will never go there again, and the manager just said it was proably to many hands on the pot. never will i go there also iam letting everybody i know what happened to me
I just wanna day the staff here are absolutely wonderful! I needed a new tire last minute. I called and they told me if I was there by 5:00 pm they would take care of me. I walked in 3 minutes before close and their team helped me and got me out within 25 minutes. Thank you to Kevin and his team for helping me out!! Definitely recommend.
Very welcoming staff... Work to be in within an hour or so with no appointment on a very busy day...
In and out in 55 minutes, not bad for 4th in line without an appointment. They had the tires I wanted and at a reasonable price.
