Incapable of installing tires on a car
Great fast clean service, in & out. Everyone was ready to work & dressed properly. I recently went to the irvington location in Tucson Arizona & service was crappy sad to say. Lies about wait time. I was there yesterday, still haven't gotten to the reviews For that one yet. But I felt vsry judged , especially after paying $290.00 some the price was great, cost was not the problem, it was the customer service i received from one of The main workers. Been using Discount tire for years. I’ve always had top notch service.
Very professional team and wonderful extremely fast service! I had a tire with low pressure which I suspected having a hole in. I booked online appointment, got checked in on time and they repaired it for free! I bought my car a year ago and the tires were not purchased from Discount tire! This is the perfect example on how you get a loyal customer for your business!
