Got a flat tire, on the interstate, while on vacation. Pulled off just in time, put the spare on and drove a mile to discount tire where they fixed our tire without an appointment... for free!!! We were in and out within an hour and didn't have to waste any more of our vacation worrying.
Great customer service! I went in with a popped tire and Gabriel was very helpful and friendly. He had to call a fleet company to get approval and was on top of it all. They replaced my tire and got me back to working in less than 2 hours. Thank you
They helped me with 1 new trailer tire and a newly hired guy.." I hope" destroyed 2 of my lug bolts. Things happen i know.. but the manager didn't take any responsibility just told my that was my own problem they where not trained to handle that and send me off. Never going back
Had made an appointment for tire rotation checked in @ 1pm they said it would take 45 minutes so i walked to Starbucks came back in 35 minutes and it was done...
If you say 1hr and I return 2 hrs later the job should be done! My fault for trying them again �!
