I have purchased tires here for 15 years but their business has grown so fast you are forced to stand in line and wait for hours for service the parking is terrible will have to look elsewhere to replace tires for five vehicles sorry guys

This place wasted 3 hours of my time. Went in at 9:20am to get my tire patched. Waited over an hour (with two hungry kids under 3). Finally left and noticed the Tire Pressure indicator still on. Called them and the guy I spoke with said I had to drive 15 minutes in order for it to reset. Kept noticing pressure rapidly drop. Had to go to another nearby tire shop (Evan's Tire in Scripps Ranch- the best). Unfortunately there was an hour wait to get it repaired. Called back and spoke to Jerry about their error. Went in today to get 2 tires. Gabe was great getting me in and looking at my last purchase and got me the same match from my previous tires. Was in and out within an hour.
Great service! It sure pays to have an appointment! Even if you don’t they take care of you and know the importance of getting you back on the road! Jerry provides excellent service, dropped my car off, and received text message sooner then I expected to pick up my car! Thank you!

They tell me they have the tires in stock. After being here 1 hour they tell me they can only can find 2. They have to go to San Marcos store to get the other 2. So now here I sit.
