***Match 8, 2025*** If you can, set an appointment. It's a huge convenience: arrived at 2:10p for 2:15p appt. check in 2:19p. Car was in their possession by 2:35p out by 2:51 ***Update 2yrs later*** July 2023 and still 5 star service. ***Orig post***Appt set for 5:30p, arrived at 5pm, handed over keys at 5:15pm out by approx. 5:45p Hunter was great.
I purchase 4 new tires and they could only put 3 on. They told me they couldn't get the lug nuts off if one. They said it was probably rusted on and they where afraid of snapping them off. Come to find out they had stripped the nut. I even had the lug nut tool that came with rims but they decided to use their tool which was worn.
