Superb service
Been a Discount Tire customer for years but lately the service has not been up to par. September 10 had an issue was close to Discount Tire in Dallas, normally go to Discount in Desoto. Had to order a rim paid for at the Dallas location and they advised it would be shipped to the Desoto location. Would take a couple of days, over a week later the rim hasn't been ordered by either store location!!! Call both locations and continue to get the run around and different information.
