BEST Customer Service! It was pouring rain as I arrived and I was struggling to get my umbrella! I looked out the window and there was Discount Tire employee, Nicolas waiting for me with an umbrella. I checked in and within 15 minutes all my tires had been rotated and balanced. An added touch is that Luis noticed the inside of my driver's side had gotten wet so he dried it all off!
