Had actually walked out after standing in front of the counter for over 5 minutes and 4 guys talking on the phones with customers and no acknowledgement. Had just googled the address to another tire shop and was about to leave but one of the guys ran out, stopped me and appoligized. Talked me out of leaving and gave me a deal on 4 tires. He also told me he would be bringing up the issue in his next meeting. Awesome job and great customer service

So, my wife’s car was having some tire air pressure issues this week. I went to Discount tire early today and it turned out that one of the tires had two nails and the sensors were not functioning properly. The tech fixed the tire, reset the squirrelly acting sensors and had me on my way in 20 minutes and at no charge. Went in this morning for a wheel swap. Ozzy helped me out and took care of everything I needed. Wasn't thinking about it but Ozzy recommended we install new TPM sensors since the car is almost 5 years old. Appreciate the help guys. Really please with your service.

Best service ever! After a horrible experience with the Weslaco Discount Tire last year I was hesitant to ever go back. But after nearly 30yrs as a happy Discount Tire customer I decided to give it one more try at a different location. Luis at the McAllen store did not disappoint me. I had already done my research on the tires i wanted went in they gave me a different quote from what I got on the internet they still went an honored my price it's all about customer service no problem ,it's what the customer wants not them your buying your paying
