Jonathon (and Jr via telephone) took excellent care of my service needs when the dealership failed miserably. This DT location understood the predicament that #Hyundaiofpharr created... DT didn't make me feel like it was my fault either. Discount Tire stepped up where the dealership just laid down pitiful excuses. Thanks Jonathon and Discount Tire of McAllen!
They left my wheels loose and denied the repair claim.
Awesome service, friendly staff, very professional
Ok. So now it gets better. I just went out to check on my truck and they installed the wrong tires and not the one's I ordered. I told installer I don't want them. Ha and he looks at me like what the ***k and I walk off to talk to the sales person. He rages out to see what is going on and sees the wrong tires being installed. He goes and pulls out the tires I ordered for them to be installed. Getting very impatient here have things I need to get done TODAY!!!!!!!!!
