I love this location, not because it's 2 miles from my house but because I'm always treated well. The staff and management at this location is 5 star.
Great. No issues and as fast as they can get to it.
Had great service and didn't feel like I was being rushed even though I didn't get there until 30 minutes before closing.
Always a good experience. They quite probably saved my life by insisting I NOT drive my car any more with my tires as badly worn as they were. They were patient while I worked it out with my other half, never getting pushy. Then they took a picture for me to prove I wasn't imagining the shaking and dangerous condition of my tires.
I recommend making an appointment online if possible. It can get very busy at discount tire. I went on 4th of July weekend and it was packed! But because I had made an appointment, I was able to skip the long line and had all four tires replaced in 30 minutes. They also aired up the spare tire that was low without being asked to.
Jarrett knows the value of GREAT customer service! (Which is often lost in todays world!) He listened to my concerns, no upsale tactic pressure..... yeay! What a GREAT feeling!!!! THANK YOU Jarrett!!!
My son arrived after closing to get his flat tire fixed. The manager was very nice to let him in after hours and offered to have the flat fixed in a few minutes. My son was able to get home and leave for school the next morning with a repaired tire with no charge. Much thanks to Jarrett, Garrett and the hard working crew!!! We will be back!!!!!
